Fresher is a word that drives most employers away. napaSOFT has an innovative solution to this problem faced by all software freshers. napaSOFT offers a 3-month Work Experience Program that provides hands-on-training on quality projects using the latest technologies.

The program has been designed so that it gradually and methodically transforms you from an amateur to an experienced professional. You will be part of a team comprising of new and experienced members working on a module of a real project. Regular group training or discussions will be held to review the project progress.

At the end of the program you will be a confident and an experienced computer professional.

Assignment

Although you will work in a team, specific tasks will be assigned to you. Enough assistance will be provided to complete your task. The assistance or help will come from your senior team members. Weekly Presentation

Interpersonal / public communication skill plays a very important role in the growth of a software professional. Many deserving freshers are rejected, due to their inability to communicate. To help you overcome this shortcoming, we will have a weekly presentation. You will present your work, which will be discussed among the team and any further improvements will be suggested.

Mock Interviews

You will have to go through various stages of interviews, which would comprise of interviews and group discussions to familiarize you for future interviews.

Research and Development

In real life software development, you may come across problems where you will need to find a solution with lot of experimentation and research. This requires a proper attitude. To develop this attitude, you will be asked to do regular R&D based on your module.

Certificate

On successful completion of the programme you will be awarded a work experience certificate detailing the duration and the project you worked on.

Your Eligibility

A degree in Engineering / diploma in Computer Applications / Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) / Master of Computer Application (MCA) / MSc. Information Technology / BSc. Information Technology.

Admission

At the time of admission, you need to appear for an entrance test followed by an interview.
